No, we don't accept coins. If any are sent in and you would like them returned, we can post these backs but postage will be at the customers cost.
No, after filling out the form you'll be given a reference number, simply write that number clearly on the envelope.
Notes that are defaced, badly damaged or out of circulation will not be accepted. These can be returned to the customer but postage will be at your expense.

Yes you can, delivery dates can be requested months in advance. After you create an order, give us a call or drop us an email to notify us of a specific delivery date and we'll do our utmost best to achieve this.
Your Griffin delivery must be signed for. If Royal Mail attempt delivery and no one is in to sign, a card will be left to let you know where you can collect the package at your convenience. This will normally be your local Royal Mail depot or Post Office; 24 hours will sometimes be needed before collection can be made. When collecting your order, you'll need to take the delivery card and valid photo ID.
There is a £6.50 delivery fee for orders under £700.00, anything over that is free!

No, the rates offered online are only available as part of Griffin's online offering and do not apply to in-store purchases unless they have been ordered and pre-paid online.
It can, Griffin do not recommend delivery to Business/Charity/Organization (Work) addresses, but will do so upon request at the customer's own risk.
Yes, the day before your delivery date we will send out an email containing your tracking number that can be used on the Royal Mail website.
If you're selling the currency online, payment will be made within 3 working days of us receiving it. If you're selling to one of our stores, cash payment can be made depending on the amount we're holding. If not, a bank transfer can be arranged.
Delivery is made between 9am – 1pm. The parcel is delivered by your regular postman and will be with your normal post but will need signing for. For peace of mind, allow yourself a few days grace in the event of a delay. These rarely happen but do occur. Griffin is bound by Royal Mail terms, if items are delayed or lost we must allow them 10 working days before they will consider a claim for a lost parcel.
